God’s Daring Plan: Sword/Sign - Luke 2:21-40

During Advent we reflected on how God made a daring plan to come to us in Jesus Christ. But the plan does not end Dec. 24, it carries on into the 12 days of Christmas and into our very lives. It was the joy of a simple spiritual act on the part of Mary and Joseph that contained the sign and the sword for them. The result of the Incarnation, God with us, becomes our challenge as we live the “sign”.
