Words from the Cross:  The Present Future - Luke 23:26-43

Some of us think of hope as “there’s always tomorrow”.  Jesus offered hope to a criminal in the present.  When we cry out “remember me”; Jesus grants us even more.  Jesus gives us assurance for an eternity that begins today.

Words From the Cross: Surprising Consequences - Luke 23:1-34

We are approaching the season of Lent. During this season we will consider the “seven words” Jesus spoke from the cross. The first of these words are the subject of today’s message - Father, forgive them for they know not what they are doing - Luke 23:34. These words of forgiveness point us to see again that God’s grace is well beyond our understanding.
